Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping rates

Orders of $50 or more ship free. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate of $5.95. The free shipping threshold is based on your subtotal after discounts.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, not including weekends and holidays. During sales and busy seasons, processing can take a little longer.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive 3 to 7 business days after they ship. Delivery times depend on the carrier and aren't guaranteed.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number.

Change of address

If you need to change your shipping address, email us as soon as possible. We can't change the address once an order has shipped, and we aren't responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Lost, stolen or damaged packages

If your tracking says delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and wait 24 hours, since packages sometimes show as delivered early. If it still hasn't arrived, email us within 7 days. If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
